A Steady Presence
Intuitive doula support for the threshold of birth, postpartum passage, and journey ahead.
Serving Central Oregon.
Birth and early motherhood often arrive as unfamiliar terrain.
In that new landscape, confidence grows through experienced, intuitive support — offering information when it steadies you, and stepping back when what’s needed is quiet, listening, and trust in your own body and instincts.
My role is not to lead the way or tell you where to go, but to help you stay oriented to what’s true for you —
to hold a steady horizon you can move toward at your own pace, so you can recognize your own yes and fully trust it.
Mothers don’t need constant instruction, they need steady, attuned presence.
Let’s Work Together
The Threshold
-
Support through pregnancy and labor, rooted in presence, experience, and trust in your body
The passage
-
Care for recovery, bonding, and the tender reorganization that follows birth.
-
In the early weeks, nourishment is foundational.
This support offers simple, warming meals prepared with postpartum recovery in mind — so you can rest, heal, and be cared for without needing to think ahead or manage details. Meals are designed to be grounding, easy to digest, and supportive of recovery and milk supply.
More than food, this is about being fed while you learn how to feed your baby — allowing your energy to stay where it’s needed most.
-
abywearing is both practical and regulating — for you and your baby.
I offer gentle, hands-on support to help you find a carrier and positioning that feel comfortable, supportive, and natural for your body. This is not about doing it “perfectly,” but about finding a fit that allows you to move, rest, and stay connected with ease.
Babywearing can be a powerful tool in the early weeks, supporting bonding, calming, and your ability to feel more at home in your body as you care for your baby.
the journey Ahead
-
After the postpartum period, sometimes we need a little help.
A peer parenting coach is a supportive resource for parents, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies based on experiences, relatable insights and practical resources. Unlike traditional parenting experts, peer coaches often come from similar backgrounds and have firsthand experience with the challenges of raising children, which allows them to connect on a personal level and provide valuable information and resources.
