Postpartum is a time for tending.
My approach to postpartum support is grounded in presence and responsiveness. I offer practical care, intuitive guidance, and steady companionship during a time that can feel both sacred and disorienting. This is support that adapts to what’s actually happening — not what you’re “supposed” to be doing.
Connection is central to my work. We move at a pace that feels steady and supportive for you, meeting as often as needed for you to feel grounded, cared for, and confident in the early weeks. There’s no formula — only attention, listening, and trust built over time.
Sometimes postpartum support looks like nourishment, rest, and tending the home. Other times it’s guidance with feeding, babywearing, or newborn care. Often, it’s simply having someone there — holding the space, normalizing what’s arising, and helping you stay connected to your body and intuition as you settle into motherhood.
Throughout this season, my role is not to manage or direct, but to support you at the center — so you feel resourced, supported, and steady as your new family finds its rhythm.
